The branch employee did not let me pay my taxes at the window, he wanted me to go to the cashier to withdraw 30 thousand pesos and then pay them at the ATM. In all the other branches I always pay at the window, I don't know why they didn't let me in this branch. I had to go to another branch to pay them.

The worst branch of all, since I went to the ATM on April 28 of this year and ATM E065 did not give me the money for my transaction, the person who was attending did not even pay attention to me, to call by phone or until the next day, that they could no longer assist me, I called to ask for clarification and they are not responsible, therefore for me there are even THIEVES in this branch, the maintenance of the equipment belongs to the bank not to the end user and the teller DIDN'T GIVE THE MONEY . And I'm struggling to get my money back because the institution is not responsible. Just as they doubt my credibility, I doubt those who maintain the ATMs. And I request a video of my entire stay where it can be seen that I took the money from this ATM. (I made a second withdrawal and that one delivered the money correctly)
